Our Parts Ordering Process
To facilitate communication and order processing, here are some information regarding our Parts Ordering process:
1.Priority is given to Machine Down requests/orders.
2.Parts will ship as they become available (partials). If you prefer for all items to ship together, this should be called out on your PO.
3.Purchase orders should be made out to us.
4.Be sure you provide all shipping information up front whenever possible.
5.Part numbers should be requested from our sellers prior to submitting a Parts PO.
